A variety of activities can be expected during Summer Science Camp 2013, which runs July 9 through Aug. 29 at Frontier Middle School in Graham.
The camp is for children ranging from preschoolers to seventh-graders. Field trips, science projects, crafts and games are planned Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to Graham-Kapowsin Community Council, organizer of the sessions.
“We show children the wonders of our environmental habitats with field trips as far as the Nisqually glacier view trail at Paradise on Mount Rainier and to the Nisqually Delta,” said the council’s Carol Wright.
