Let’s help our veterans first

The other day, I turned my wife’s cell phone on to see if her battery needed to be chraged. Her Facebook popped up and it was posted by a friend in California: “We have illegal immigrants who are staying here on a military base while homeless veterans are outside the gate (on the streets) with no food or shelter.”
I agree. Now my question to our government is, How is this possible that we have homeless vets (homeless anyone) living on the streets in this country of ours?
It’s great that we can help other people outside our country, but how about helping our own people first? Not everyone likes living on the streets. Someone who put their life on the line should be treated with more respect. Our veterans are not disposable.

The homeless veterans do not want to be subjected to the VA’s prison-like HELL-HOLE shelters, mandatory LIFE-LONG “CRAZY, ADDICTED, and ALCOHOLIC” labels when they are not, treated like the SCUM OF THE EARTH warehoused on 8-hour floor mats, cots, and bunk-beds, and then forced to convert & listen to “Jesus Saves” & 12-Step religious AA/NA cult “Higher Power” nonsense 24/7…or they are thrown back to the streets.

The homeless veterans just want immediate affordable REGULAR HOUSING and LIVING-WAGE JOBS.
