Eatonville High School had a large contingency of track athletes qualify and compete in the WIAA 2A State Track Championships at Mount Tahoma HS over Memorial Day weekend.

A couple of school records fell during the meet when Halle Noel finished 4th overall in the girls 300M Hurdles when she finished with a time of 45.93 to break Jenna Samora’s 2008 record of 46.45.

Sawyer Noel would finish 6th overall in the boys 800M race with a time of 1:57.79 to break Sean Andrascik’s 2008 time of 2:00.15 and become the first runner in Eatonville High School history to break the 2:00 barrier. Sawyer now holds the record in both the 800M and 1600M races and Halle holds both the 100M and 300M Hurdles records.

Lukas Wolfe and Trent Lewis would both tie the school record in the high jump with jumps of 6’0” held by Logan Moose (2013) and Jager Roulst (2019).

In addition to these great performances, the following Cruiser athletes represented Eatonville well at the state meet. Congratulations to all athletes on a great season.
