Dear editor,

Each year during the Christmas season, as people make a donation to purchase a light, we change the light bulbs from gold to purple on the tree in Nevitt Point, at the north entrance to Eatonville. We also post the names as “bulbs on the Tree” in the Post Office.

All donations stay in the community as we support other organizations such as the Eatonville Family Agency, the Back Pack Program and Cub Scout Pack 604.

It may seem like a small thing, but when added together, it makes a big difference. Thank you Eatonville for your generous support.
