A woman was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries she suffered when the car she was driving collided with a large truck Wednesday near Roy. According to the State Patrol, the crash occurred when the Puyallup woman's vehicle crossed the center line of State Route 507 near Eighth Street. The collision left her car blocking the highway for nearly half an hour. The truck came to rest on railroad tracks. The driver of the truck, which was pulling a dump trailer, wasn't injured. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
