G-K falls in 4A volleyball tourney

A 3-1 loss to Tahoma in the consolation bracket of the 4A state high school volleyball tourrnament ended Graham-Kapowsin's season last Saturday. The Eagles reached that juncture of the two-day tourney at St. Martin's University by beating Eisenhower. The victory followed an opening-round loss to Monroe. Two of G-K's fellow South Puget Sound League South Division members, Curtis and Emerald Ridge, squared off in the championship match Saturday. Curtis prevailed 3-1.
