Robert D Wiseley was born March 10, 1961 in Ukiah, California to Daniel and Carole Wiseley, and passed away July 31, 2014. Robert is survived by his longtime girlfriend Kathy Burton of Ashford, Wash., mother Carol Halsey (Gary) of Sequim, Wash., father Daniel (Peggy) Wiseley of Indiana, sisters Debrah Koch, Joy Wiseley, Melody Wiseley, daughter Asia Wiseley and grandson Oren Pina Wiseley. He was also a fun-loving uncle to five nieces, two nephews, three great-nephews and four great-nieces. Robert moved to the Ashford area in 2001 and worked various jobs in the community. He provided wood bundles to the local stores and most recently worked at The Lodge Near Mt. Rainier, doing maintenance. Robert was a true mountain man and loved being in the woods. His favorite pasttime was fishing and did so every chance he could. Robert was loved by many and will be greatly missed. There will be a memorial service Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. at The Lodge near Mt. Rainier.
