Adam's Northwest serving special Valentine's Day menu all weekend


 

For couples looking for something special to do on Valentine's Day, Adam's Northwest Bistro and Brewery will be offering exclusive menu items all weekend.

The special menu includes butter-poached sea scallops with celery root puree, candied Meyer lemon and smoked bacon nage for an appetizer, whole roasted filet mignon with "truffledGÇ¥ mashed potatoes, caramelized turnip, braised sweet onion and mushroom-red wine sauce for the main course, and white chocolate and blood orange cr+¿me brul+¬e or mocha hazelnut truffles for dessert.

Adam's owner Chef Adam Hoffman said he and his cooks conceptualized the menu.

The Valentine's Day menu is available Thursday, Feb. 12, through Sunday, Feb. 14, and reservations are required. The meal is on special for $49, with a wine pairing available for an additional $25. Guests who would like flowers delivered and displayed at the dining table during their meal can coordinate with Karen McIntosh of Flowers by Karen at 360-794-7110.
