Enjoy an Evening of Native Culture March 30

Skykomish Valley Indian Education families invite the community to an Evening of Native Culture and Silent Auction, at the Monroe High School Performing Arts Center, 17001 Tester Rd., on Saturday, March 30. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
Refreshments will be served at this free, family-friendly event.
The evening will include special presentations by virtuoso violinist Swil Kanim, Lummi; and Flutist Peter Ali, Yaqui Native. The silent auction, hosted by the group's parent organization, will feature Native art, themed baskets, gift certificates and more.
Skykomish Valley Indian Education is a grant-funded program serving Native American/Alaska Native students, preschool through high school, in the Monroe, Snohomish and Sultan public schools.
Proceeds will benefit cultural and educational activities for Native students.
