Local churches invite all to Easter events

The Rock Church has planned two special Easter events to which the community is invited.
The Living Lord's Supper GÇô Good Friday, March 29, 7 p.m.: The Rock presents a dramatic presentation of the Living Lord's Supper. No childcare or classroom activities are offered during this one-hour event.
Easter Sunday Services GÇô March 31, 8:30, 10 and 11:30 a.m.: Pastor Jeff Knight will launch a new series: "Non-Fiction GÇô Stories From the Edge.
The Lifesavers Children's Ministry, age appropriate worship for infants through 5th grade, will also be available. There will be a bouncy house and Easter goody bags.

The First Baptist Church of Monroe invites the community to its Easter celebration on Sunday, March 31.
They will be serving hot breakfast at 9 a.m. before Easter worship service, which begins at 10:30 a.m.
