Monroe chiropractor receives honors during association conference in Seattle

The Washington State Chiropractic Association recently honored Monroe chiropractor Daniel Peltonen with a Special Service Award during the organization's annual conference Oct. 10 in Seattle.

Peltonen operates Sky Valley Chiropractic Clinic at 110 N. Blakely St., in Monroe. He is a 1980 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and has been in practice for 35 years.

He is also a founding member of the WSCA and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Lions Club. Peltonen has served as president of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the Monroe Parks and Recreation District.
