Sky Performing Arts teams up with Wounded Warrior Project for In the Mood show

Sky Performing Arts is using its annual holiday USO-style musical performance In the Mood to support veterans in need.

In the Mood - The Victory Tour is a partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project that includes the same songs and sketches of the ‘40s. Retired or active military personnel who come in uniform receive free admission. It’s $16 for adults and $14 for seniors.

Bill McKenzie leads the Sky Notes Orchestra, and Terry Simon and his singers put on a variety show.

In the Mood plays 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at the East County Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway, Monroe, 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, at the Snohomish Senior Center, 506 Fourth St., Snohomish, and then at the Trinity Episcopal Church 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12. Trinity Episcopal is at 2301 Hoyt Ave., Everett.
