Start practicing: Sky Valley Chamber annual lip sync contest on May 20


 

The Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to present the 28th annual lip sync contest, a just-for-fun event in Sultan that awards cash prizes.

Sky Valley kids and parents will be lip-syncing their hearts out 7 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Sultan High School. Admission to the event is $3 for adults and $2 for students age 18 and under. Participants in the family-friendly event must reside in the Sultan, Index or Skykomish School Districts, limit songs to five minutes or less and performances must be appropriate for families.

Sign-ups will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the high school prior to the event. Participants should bring their choice of music on a CD. For more information about the lip sync contest, contact the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce at 360-793-0983.
