The Eatonville Cruiser boy’s soccer team closed out its season last week with a hard-fought draw and a tough road loss.

On Tuesday, the Cruisers hosted the Orting Cardinals for Senior Night, honoring seven graduating players: Ryan Hatch, Nicholas Holder, Nikolas Toftum, Victor Pena-Moreno, Gage Cornwell, Logan Shipman and Nate Goode. The match was tightly contested throughout, but neither team could break through offensively, resulting in a 0-0 draw.

Eatonville traveled to Steilacoom on May 1 to face the Sentinels in the season finale. The home team came out strong, handing the Cruisers a 6-1 defeat — Eatonville’s 11th loss of the season.
