The Eatonville Lions Club presented its 41st Art Festival last weekend in weather that was as eye-pleasing as the artistic displays and demonstrations.
Starting Friday and continuing through Sunday at Glacier View Park in Eatonville, festivalgoers were treated to glorious sinshine, including 90-degree temperatures Saturday and Sunday. More than 100 artists and crafters from the Northwest greeted the crowds with their artwork that was on display and for sale. The latter included a fund-raising auction for the Lions Club, which uses the festival annually to support its community programs such as health screening and student scholarships.
Live music and other entertainment were part of the festivities.
