The first of three community forums hosted by Bethel School District to explain its upcoming levies is scheduled for Thursday at Graham-Kapowsin High School.
Starting at 7 p.m., district officials will share information about the School Programs and Operations Levy and the School Technology Levy in next month's special-election for voters in the Bethel district. Ballots will be mailed by the Pierce County elections department to voters this month. Voting will end Feb. 11.
Forums are also scheduled for Jan. 13 at Bethel High School and Jan. 16 at Spanaway Lake High School, both at 7 p.m.
