Bigger studio for dancers

Justine Reed started Eatonville Dance Center in 2001 in a studio measuring 400 square feet. Eleven years later, she's moving her business into a new location that will more than triple the space.
At 131 Mashel Ave. in downtown Eatonville, there is 1,500 square feet for dance and fitness classes and another 600 square feet for an office and waiting area, Reed said. There will also be a tanning area.
Reed, the owner of the dance center, has taught dance to children who have entered competitions all over Washington and national events in Las Vegas, Nev. They have also performed on cruise ships and at Disneyworld and Disneyland.
Classes for children ages 3 years old to adults will be offered at the new studio starting Sept. 5. The new studio will also host group fitness classes with instructor Kiersti Nation, Zumba sessions with instructor Ashley Isom, and yoga classes with instructor Nathalie Fairbanks.
Also scheduled are voice lessons given by Emily Randolph.
