Braves lose SPSL showdown

Emerald Ridge handed Bethel its first loss of the high school football season 41-21 Friday in a battle for first place in the South division of the South Puget Sound League 4A. The potent offense of Emerald Ridge made its presence known again. The Jaguars have scored at least 34 points in all four of their SPSL contests this year. Bethel is now 5-1.
