Coach George Fairhart is expecting some good things this season from his Eatonville High School football team. And the Cruisers started delivering right away by topping Orting 30-26 last Friday in their first game of the 2014 campaign. Orting, a traditional rival of Eatonville, is a class 2A school. That was no matter to 1A Eatonville, playing on its home field. George Tomal helped get the victory underway by running 55 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter. The Cruisers' next opponent is Wright in another non-league contest in Eatonville this Friday at 7 p.m. (Read more in the Sept. 10 print edition of The Dispatch)
