Eatonville High School's boys basketball team notched a pair of Nisqually League basketball victories last week, while the Cruisers' girls split their contests, including a showdown with Nisqually leader Cascade Christian. The boys beat Chimacum 70-51 last Friday behind the 24 points of Brendan Davis and the 18 points of Josh Bennett. On Jan. 15, the Cruisers went into overtime before topping Cascade Christian 68-65. They were paced by the 25 points of Eatonville's Zach Fairhart. E Eatonville's girls team thumped Chimacum 63-16 Friday, with Kaelyn Voss and Hailey Latherow leading the way with 13 poiints apiece. The Cruisers lost to Cascade Christian 49-43 Jan. 15, despite 17 points from Kayley Bass.
