Art and entertainment in the park is back again. For the 41st year, the Eatonvlle Lions Club will present its Art Festival this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Glacier View Park in Eatonville.
Organizers say more than 100 artists and crafters from the Northwest will have their work on display and for sale.-áAlso planned for the three days is live, on-stage entertainment featuring bands, singers and dancers.
One of the art show's features will be Quick Draw on Saturday at 5 p.m. Showgoers can talk to artists and watch their creativity in action, and then bid on their work at a live auction.
Also scheduled is a visit by a bloodmobile from Cascade Regional Blood Services. The agency that supplies hospitals in Pierce and King counties will accept blood donors from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday.
Festival hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. A beer garden with live music will be open until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights and on Sunday afternoon.
