The Nisqually League high school basketball doubleheader at Eatonville High School Jan. 11 between the Cruisers and Seattle Christian was doubly successful for the hosts GÇô and also highly thrilling in the boys' contest. The latter was won by Eatonville 52-50 in overtime, setting off a celebration at midcourt by fans who streamed out of the bleachers and joined their team in the high-spirited moment. The Cruisers were led by three double-digit scorers, topped by Josh Bennett's 14 points. Brendan Davis and Zach Fairhart contributed 12 and 10, respectively. In the girls' game, Eatonville steamed to a 65-46 victory. Eatonville got 19 points from Hailey Latherow, 15 from Kaelyn Voss and 14 from Kayley Bass.
