Eatonville High School will face the Hoquiam Grizzlies in a first-round game in the state 1A fastpitch tournament Friday in Richland. Coach Erik Danielson's Cruisers learned who their opening opponent would be after falling to Nooksack Valley 6-5 last Saturday in the tri-district playoffs. That contest determined district seeds for the state tourney. The winner and loser of the Eatonville-Hoquiam contest will face either Riverside or Connell in their next game in the double-elimination tournament.
