The Eatonville branch of Pierce County Library will be closed April 10 through April 30 while improvements are being made to its restrooms.
The changes will include furnishings, fixtures and equipment, according to Mary Getchell, a library spokeswoman.
The library is scheduled to reopen on May 1.
Getchell said thousands of area residents use the library. In 2016, they made more than 55,000 visits to the library and checked out nearly 10,000 items.
