Teams from south Pierce County will be represented in the state high school cross country championships Nov. 4 in Pasco.
Eatonville's entire boys team – Sawyer Noel, Max Van Eaton, Lucas Lane, Cameron Hatler, Gavin Cole, Nickolas Schier and Keith Lovejoy – is in the 2A field after finishing fourth in the district race last weekend. Isabelle Snyder of Eatonville is entered in the girls' event.
The 3A competition Bethel's Cameron McCann on the boys side and Autumn Franklin and McKenna Henderson in the girls event.
Jessee Kaas of Graham-Kapowsin is entered in the 4A boys race.
The 4A, 3A and 2A races will all be staged at Willows Golf Course.
