Tyler Nickols, a second-year student from Eatonville High School, has been named a Student of the Month at Pierce County Skills Center.
Nickols is studying aerospace machining at the skills center, a trades and vocational school that serves a consortium of 10 school districts, including Eatonville and Bethel.
Nickols' award was based on his leadership skills.
