PICTURE THIS: Stars in their eyes

Tom and Gracie Pauley, who own and operate the Starry Hill Observatory near Eatonville, are volunteers in the Night Skies program at Mount Rainier National Park. During the summer, volunteers set up telescopes at Paradise for stargazing by park visitors, who sometimes number in the hundreds. Starry Hill is a private non-profit, education-oriented organization.
