Donald “Don” LeRoy Rasmussen82, went to greener pastures on May 17th, 2018 in his
Eatonville home.
He is survived by his 7 children, Linda, Lisa, Michael, Heidi, Donna, Mary, Margie and 19 grandchildren, as well as 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his
brothers, Glen and Otto. Don lived in Eatonville since 1945 and is a 1954 graduate of Eatonville high school.
A dairy farmer originally, Don worked with his beef cattle and forestry management
until earlier this year.
Don passionately contributed to habitat conservation groups and was a
lifetime member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Ducks Unlimited.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, and active in FFA and 4-H. He had returned home after a stroke just over a month ago and was out fishing again prior to passing.
We will be celebrating his life on June 10th, Sunday, 1-4pm at Eatonville Eagles hall.
