The Monroe Sno-Isle Summer Reading Program sailed into the sunset on a pirate frigate captained by "Cap'n Arrr" played by Won Israel, left. Cap'n Arrr greeted his pirate crew and parents Saturday at the Summer Season Ending program in at the Monroe Library.
