Budget, vaping hearings Tuesday at board of health

The Snohomish Board of Health will hold public hearings for the health district's 2016 preliminary budget and a revised ordinance on vaping and vapor products 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the district's auditorium, 3020 Rucker Ave., Everett.

The vapor products ordinance would prohibit vaping in public places and regulate sales of such products to reduce access to minors.
