DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The applicant seeks to subdivide three parcels totalling 2.53 acres into 20 lots for single family homes.
LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: The site is located at 15532 182 ST SE. The tax parcel numbers are 27060100300500, 27060100303200, 27060100303400.PROPONENT: Hanson Homes, PO BOX 2289, Snohomish, WA 98291
LEAD AGENCY: -áCity of Monroe THRESHOLD DETERMINATION: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. -áAn environmental impact statement (EIS) IS NOT required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after reviewing the proposal. This information is available to the public for review upon request at the Monroe City Hall, 806 West Main Street, Monroe, WA 98272 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. -áThe information is also available for view online at monroewa.gov/columbiacrossing. This Determination of Non-significance is issued after using the DNS process in WAC 197-11-340 (2); there is a comment period and an appeal period on the DNS. This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days. Date of Determination: Jan. 6, 2015.
