Despite overcast clouds and windy weather, a crowd of about 90 people came out to Lake Tye to watch the Beatles cover band, Cr+¿me Tangerine, perform last Thursday evening. The concert was third in a four part concert series by the Snohomish Artists Guild in an effort to bring free music to the public in a safe, welcoming environment.
Cr+¿me Tangerine provided not only danceable music to the gathered crowd, but also an opportunity for the crowd to engage in that music through chorus sing-alongs and a cheery disposition toward the music they played. People danced throughout the whole show.
The final performance of the series will be the singer/songwriter duo Cloverdayle on Thursday, Aug. 8.
