Snohomish County Public Works has rescheduled a meeting to present findings from a feasibility study addressing flooding on Mann and Ben Howard roads for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at Mountainview Christian Fellowship.
The study addresses where flooding occurs in the area and the severity, as well as how levels of the Skykomish River correlate with the flooding. Public comment is being sought at the meeting on a $1.9 million improvement project currently in preliminary stages of design. The county has applied for a grant for the project, and anticipates construction to start in spring 2020.
