Educational classes, tours being offered to encouraged Arabian horse appreciation

Adults and children can learn about Arabian horses July 6-9 during the Region 5 Championship Show at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds.

The Total Arabian Interaction and Learning (T.A.I.L) program is for newcomers, and volunteers will provide tours and education about the horse breed in conjunction with the show.

T.A.I.L participants will be provided with a bag filled with educational materials about Arabian horses and coloring pages.

Free sessions are offered at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily, except Sunday will not have a 7 p.m. sesssion. Tours at the Region 5 Championship Show will be available 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily.

The show takes place at Equestrian Park in the Evergreen State Fairgrounds at the Equestrian Park, 14405 179th Ave. S.E., Monroe.
