Evergreen Fall RV Show this weekend in Monroe

Recreational vehicles are not just for snowbirds and retirees anymore. From adventure-seekers with a yen for exploring to families who desire a convenient way to travel with children; there is an RV available to suit any need.
The Evergreen Fall RV Show can help you choose the perfect recreational vehicle for your hobby.
The three-day event will take place from Friday, Oct. 3 through Sunday, Oct. 5, at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe. The hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Free parking is available.
Multi-dealer shows like the Evergreen Fall RV Show offer the consumer an opportunity to browse numerous RV vendors, speak with experts from different dealerships, shop for deals and have the chance to secure special event-only pricing opportunities. Significant discounts will be offered on selected recreational vehicles throughout the weekend.
"We've seen rigs sell for up to 40 percent off what you'd find on a competitor's lot,GÇ¥ said Evergreen Fall RV Show Event Coordinator Sam Scott.
Under ordinary circumstances, it would take customers countless hours of travel time to visit the area's most established RV dealers, which are located from Puyallup to Mount Vernon and beyond.

RV destination resort agencies will be onsite as well, giving customers the opportunity to learn what types of recreational vehicle amenities and accommodations exist not only locally, but around the country.
Parts and service experts will be available for consultation for those who want to delve into the technical side of things and learn more about the inner-workings of recreational vehicles.
The Evergreen Fall RV Show will feature vendors from all around the northwest including Apache Camping Center, Blade RV Center, 5th Wheel Place, Johnson RV, Open Road RV Center, Paul Evert's RV Country, Poulsbo RV and Roy Robinson RV. Recreational vehicles on display will include motorhomes, conversion vans, campers, toy-haulers, tent-trailers, travel-trailers and fifth-wheels.
From lavish to basic, vehicles from all across the recreational vehicle spectrum will be available for folks to explore firsthand. Both new and preowned recreational vehicles will be available for attendees to examine both inside and out.
In addition to being able to shop numerous RV vendors in one location, customers attending the Evergreen Fall RV Show will have access to knowledgeable RV experts from around the country. From experienced RV owners to first-time buyers, professionals will be available to answer questions on all the different aspects of RV ownership.
Find out how handling a 25-foot motorhome compares to a 36-foot motorhome, or what the differences are between vehicles that require gas fuel and vehicles that require diesel. Check with experts for tips when purchasing preowned RVs, and compare and contrast the differences between Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes.

Class A RVs are typically considered the largest and most opulent RVs, often featuring multiple "slideoutsGÇ¥ which expand the RVs' available square footage. RV slideouts can make bedroom areas more spacious and accommodating.
Class B and C motorhomes are smaller, and built differently than Class A motorhomes. The Evergreen RV show will allow customers to experience all three types.

Admission to the event is $7 for adults and $6.50 for senior citizens, and is good for all three days of the event. Kids under 16 enter for free. The event is being coordinated by Westlake Promotion. Westlake has held an RV show in Monroe for over 30 years. The idea behind the event is to provide customers with an optimal RV shopping experience whether they are brand new to the RV world or looking for an upgrade.
