Sultan's Sky Valley Historical Society is looking for volunteers to help manage and create new exhibits in their free museum, located above the Sultan Post Office at the corner of U.S. 2 and 4th Street.
The Sky Valley Historical Society seeks new ideas from all backgrounds and interests to share their stories through photos, interviews and artifacts to illustrate them. They are also seeking new members of all ages to help involve more people to help maintain the motto, "Preserving Yesterday for TomorrowGÇ¥ with its mini classroom displays for students; self-guided Sultan Historical Walking Tour (which can also be driven); yearly classmates reunion; group tours and programs and performances.
Sky Valley Historical Society meets on the first Thursday each month, at 2 p.m. at a designated member's home. Everyone is welcome.
