Incumbents retaining seats in early election results

The morning after the Nov. 4 General Election, it is looking like local leadership will remain with those who are currently serving.
As of 10 a.m., Nov. 5, results are as follows:
In the U.S. Representative, District 1 race, incumbent Suzan DelBene leads Pedro Celis, 54.43% to 44.87%.
For 39th District Representative, Position 2, Elizabeth Scott is handily defeating challenger Charles Jensen with over 60% of the vote.
Incumbent John Lovick is currently well ahead of Sultan Mayor Carolyn Eslick in the County Executive race, with almost 56% of the votes.
Snohomish County Sheriff Ty Trenary is currently running ahead of challenger Jim Upton with 52.91% of the votes.
Statewide, Initiative 1351, a measure to require a smaller student-to-teacher ratio in public schools, seems to be failing with 49.43% of pro-votes, vs. 50.57% against the initiative.
The majority of voters have spoken out in favor of maintaining and tightening gun rules with the decisive defeat of Initiative 591, and even more decisive approval of Initiative 594.
