From the City of Monroe website:
If you would like to help those affected by the landslide in Oso, you will have an opportunity this weekend. On Saturday, March 29 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., some City of Monroe employees will be volunteering their time at Del's Farm and Feed (320 N. Lewis St.) in Monroe to benefit the first responders and victims of the landslide. They will be collecting both material and monetary donations. Items such as non-perishable food/condiments, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shovels, power saws, pain relievers, toiletries, diapers (and other baby essentials), gloves, raingear, socks, two-cycle oil, duct tape, garbage bags, towels, etc. are greatly needed. Thank you!
