Monroe Montessori entrepreneurs donate pizza profits to Make-a-Wish

By Brandon Macz

Monroe Montessori School third-graders in Ann Kisela and Candi Reeves’ classrooms voted to donate their pizza business profits to the Washington/Alaska chapter of Make-a-Wish at the end of the school year.

The eight students run a not-for-profit business all school year, where they buy pizzas from Little Caesars, take orders and deliver slices to classrooms one Friday each month.

Make-a-Wish is receiving their end-of-year profits — $593.60.
