City Council Chambers 806 W Main St., Monroe WA CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS Members of the audience may comment on any city matter that is not listed on the agenda. Comments by individuals are limited to five (5) minutes. The Commission usually does not respond to matters brought up during audience participation and may; if appropriate, address the matter at a subsequent meeting. ELECTION OF OFFICERS APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. March 10, 2014 WORKSHOP A. Open Meetings Act Training Presentations and training regarding the 2014 Open Government Trainings Act. B. Code Amendment 2012-04 Sign Code Update The sign code (Monroe Municipal Code 18.80) interim regulations have been extended to July 2014 to allow completion of final code revisions and developing an enforcement program. C. Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA2012-C 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update An update of the 2005-2025 Comprehensive Plan is now underway with completion planned in June 2015. This workshop will review the results of recent workshops and upcoming events. DISCUSSION BY COMMISSIONERS AND STAFF ADJOURNMENT THE PLANNING COMMISSION MAY ADD AND/OR TAKE ACTION ON OTHER ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THIS AGENDA.
