-á September 30, 2013 WORKSHOP -á-á-á-á-á-á-á A.-á CPA2011-01GÇôEast -á Monroe Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) Continued from 2012, this Comprehensive Plan -á Amendment and Subsequent Rezone proposes to change the designation for -á approximately 43 acres of land located at the eastern end of the city limits -á north of US-2 from Limited Open Space to General Commercial. The FEIS -á evaluates development alternatives and their environmental impacts. -á-á-á-á B.-á CPA2013-A GÇô Comprehensive Plan Text -á Amendments - Land Use, Housing and -á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á-á Economic -á Development One of the comprehensive plan amendments for -á 2013 is the Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments for several plan sections. -á This workshop includes the Land Use, Housing and Economic Development -á Elements being revised in preparation for the 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update. -á-á-á-á-á C. CPA2013-D School Mitigation Fees /-á ZCA2012-09 School Mitigation Fees The City of Monroe is proposing to adopt -á Monroe and Snohomish School District Capital Facilities Plans for 2012-2017, -á remove regulatory language for school impact fees in the 2005-2025 Monroe -á Comprehensive Plan, and amend Monroe Municipal Code Chapter 20.07 (School -á Impact Fee Mitigation Program).
