B. CPA2013-A GÇô Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments - -á-á-á-á-á-á Land Use, Housing and Economic -á Development One of the two comprehensive -á plan amendments for 2013 is the Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments for -á several plan sections. This workshop includes the Land Use, Housing and -á Economic Development Elements being revised in preparation for the 2015 -á Comprehensive Plan Update. -á-á-á-á C. -áZCA2012-04 Monroe Municipal Code-á Chapter 18.80GÇôSign Code Amendment The -á City has adopted interim zoning regulations for the sign code for a period of -á six months that expires in October 2013.
