As of 9 a.m., Nov. 6, local election results are as follows:
In the U.S. Representative, District 1 race, incumbent Suzan DelBene is the projected winner, having defeated Pedro Celis.
For 39th District Representative, Position 2, Elizabeth Scott has defeated challenger Charles Jensen.
Incumbent John Lovick is the projected winner in the County Executive race.
Snohomish County Sheriff Ty Trenary is currently running well ahead of challenger Jim Upton.
The majority of voters have spoken out in favor of maintaining and tightening gun rules with the decisive defeat of Initiative 591, and even more decisive approval of Initiative 594.
Initiative 1351, a measure to require a smaller student-to-teacher ratio in public schools, is-á trailing at the moment, but is far too close to call.
