Police Blotter: Aug. 10-16

Friday, Aug. 10

9:59 a.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant in the 16600 block of 177th Avenue Southeast.

6:03 p.m. — Police responded to a shoplifting report in the 19100 block of  North Kelsey Street. They cited a woman for theft.

Saturday, Aug. 11

11:41 a.m. — Police conducted a theft investigation allegedly involving an employee of a business in the 100 block o f North Lewis Street.

7:56 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a vehicle that went into a building in the 19900 block of State Route 2. No injuries were reported.

Sunday, Aug. 12

2:54 p.m. — A woman in the 19500 block of State Route 2 reported her vehicle was damaged by a man she didn’t know.

11:48 p.m. — Police responded to the 100 block of North Lewis Street for a male-on-male assault, but the suspect was gone upon arrival.

Monday, Aug. 13

1:03 a.m. — Police arrested a man for DUI at Dennis Way and West Main Street.

1:51 p.m. — Police arrested a man for theft and attempted assault in the 400 block of East Fremont Street.

5:35 p.m. — Police arrested a man for DUI in the 18900 block of State Route 2.

7:56 p.m. — A Ford Explorer was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 19500 block of State Route 2.

Tuesday, Aug. 14

6:31 a.m. — Police arrested a man for reckless driving at State Route 2 and Old Owen Road.

2:39 p.m. — Police arrested a woman for DUI at Rainier View Road Southeast and 199th Avenue Southeast.

5:27 p.m. — A cellphone was reported stolen in the 19100 block of North Kelsey Street.

Wednesday, Aug. 15

12:57 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant in the 16600 block of 177th Avenue Southeast.

7:56 p.m. — Police took a report in the 15600 block of Canby Drive Southeast regarding threats between juveniles on social media.

Thursday, Aug. 16

2:57 p.m. — A Hyundai Elantra was reported stolen in the 17800 block of 60th Street Southeast.
