Police Blotter: Dec. 15-20

Friday, Dec. 15


1:11 p.m. — Police responded to West Columbia and North Kelsey streets for a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.


1:41 p.m. — Police investigated a report of bullying in the 100 block of Dickinson Street.


5:36 p.m. — Police arrested a man for stealing sandpaper, a knife sharpener and a Dremel tool in the 19100 block of North Kelsey Street. He was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia.


8:35 p.m. — Police arrested a man for theft of windshield wipers and an outstanding warrant in the 19100 block of North Kelsey Street.


10:36 p.m. — Police arrested a woman for DUI after she reportedly attempted to flee the scene of a collision in the 18800 block of State Route 2.


10:54 p.m. — Police arrested a woman on theft charges int eh 19100 block of North Kelsey Street.


Saturday, Dec. 16


4:05 p.m. — Police trespassed a man in the 19500 block of State Route 2.


Sunday, Dec. 17


9:46 p.m. — A counterfeit $20 bill was reportedly passed at a business in the 13800 block of Fryelands Boulevard Southeast.


Monday, Dec. 18


10:43 a.m. — Police arrested a man on domestic violence charges in the 600 block of Elizabeth Street.


11:32 a.m. — Police responded to the 700 block of Maple Street for a complaint of criminal harassment and threats of assault. Charges have been filed.


12:59 p.m. — Police arrested a man for bike theft in the 19100 block of North Kelsey Street.


8:08 p.m. — Police arrested a man for first-degree criminal trespass in the 19600 block of State Route 2.


Tuesday, Dec. 19


3:12 p.m. — Police arrested a man on assault charges in the 300 block of Marcus Street.


6:38 p.m. — Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of West Main Street.


Wednesday, Dec. 20


8:48 a.m. — A package and mail were reported stolen in the 17600 block of 160th Street Southeast.


9:22 a.m. — A wallet was reported stolen in the 19700 block of State Route 2, and unauthorized purchases made with the credit cards inside.


9:20 p.m. — Police caught four juvenile smoking marijuana in the 500 block of Simons Road. They were released to their parents.
