Sky Valley Historical Society news

The Sky Valley Historical Society is holding a quilt raffle to raise funds to help maintain their Sultan Museum, located above the Sultan Post Office at the corner of Fourth and Main Street.
The 1930s wedding ring design, which has hand-stitched designs within the rings, is a double bed-sized quilt.
Tickets for the quilt raffle are $1 each and may be purchased at the museum, upcoming local bazaars and events, as well as some local businesses. The quilt will be raffled off on November 17, 2015 at the museum.
During the month of December a resident Santa figure will be available at the museum, for you to take a picture of your child or grandchild.
The Sultan Museum is volunteer-operated and open on the first and third Tuesday and third Saturday of each month from 1 to 4 p.m.
