SWAT makes arrest in MPD case in Everett, finds evidence of ID theft

The North Sound Metro SWAT Team arrested 36-year-old Everett man on Thursday, after executing a search warrant on a residence in the city that resulted in the seizure of stolen property and extensive evidence of identity theft, according to the Monroe Police Department
Metro SWAT responded to the residence in the 500 block of 124th Street Southeast in Everett with a warrant obtained as the result of a burglary and theft investigation by the MPD ProAct team.
The Everett man taken into custody Thursday had an outstanding warrant.
The case remains under investigation, and the Monitor will update this story as more information becomes available.
