Time for Great Decisions holding foreign policy talk

Time for Great Decisions, a group that discusses major foreign policy issues facing the nation, will host a discussion 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at the East County Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway, Monroe.

This year's topics include Middle East alliances, the rise of ISIS, the future of Kurdistan, migration, the Koreas, the United Nations, climate change and the United States and Cuba.
