Turks fail to make finals in Invitational competition

Sultan Turk senior Jake Naslund, 182-pound class winner at the Sultan Sky Valley Invitational, kept his reputation for lightening quickness and aggression, pinning his opponent in under a minute on Saturday at home. Asked to comment on the lack of Turk blue in the finals, Head Coach Garth MacDicken said, "We invited a lot of new, big schools. This is the toughest tournament we-áwill go to this year."
The annual wrestling fest was won by-áKent-Meridian with 185, with Chelan scoring 179 and Cascade 162.
