WorkSource Monroe to receive customer service award

WorkSource Monroe received the Washington State Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals Customer Service Award.
The award recognizes individuals and groups providing exceptional service to customers served throughout the workforce system. Providing outstanding customer service to workforce system customers, clients, and claimants is the main emphasis of the award.
"It was a delight to nominate WorkSource Monroe for this award. I have witnessed the agency's commitment to excellent customer service and know staff will continue to rise as leaders in providing exceptional service to our community,GÇ¥ said Worksource Monroe partner Marilyn Young.
"It is an honor to receive this award. We are grateful to collaborate with partners dedicated to helping Snohomish County residents receive the services they need to thrive,GÇ¥ said Sue Ambler, President and CEO of Workforce Development Council Snohomish County.
The award was presented at the 70th Washington State International Association of Workforce Professionals Educational Conference in Vancouver, Washington on May 3.
